Aileen Guzman serves as District Sales Manager for The Keyes Company’s Doral office, where she leads a high-performing sales team serving the city of Doral and surrounding areas. With more than two decades of real estate experience, Aileen is known for her ability to grow teams, mentor associates, and inspire professional excellence.
She began her Keyes journey under the guidance of Regional Manager Eli Santurio, contributing to the firm’s successful expansion in the Doral market. Since then, Aileen has held numerous leadership and training roles across the company, earning recognition for her sales achievements and her impact as a field trainer and facilitator in Keyes’ M.B.A. (Making Business Attainable) program.
A licensed Broker Associate, Aileen has received multiple sales awards and is celebrated for helping agents revitalize their business strategies and achieve long-term success.
