Elizabeth was very enthusiastically recommended to us by our friends, and we were right to trust their judgement of character. She is very professional but at the same time makes you feel like you are working with a family member who has your best interests in mind and will go out of her way to help however she can, whether it be calling on her own trusted contacts to do some renovation work or making long drives to make sure jobs have been completed. We really felt like we could reach out to her at any time with any questions or concerns and she was very prompt with giving us updates. Communication is definitely one of her greatest strengths! We ran into some glitches (completely unrelated to Elizabeth's work) during closing and Elizabeth diligently stayed on top of the situation to help us bring everything to completion.
